If you are not satisfied with your Atelier Apparel order, you can return your products within 15 days of when you placed the order to receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it, and you will receive a STORE CREDIT for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 5-7 business days once we receive the item for the store credit to appear in your email inbox.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have TAGS STILL ON and be returned in original product packaging including accessories such as microfiber cloth and bag.
- Returned items must have NO VISIBLE SIGN OF WEAR OR USE (STAINS, MAKEUP, FOOD, ETC)
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges or refunds in the form of cash, credit cards, debit cards, or checks.
MAKING A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT?
To initiate a return for store credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code.
RETURNING A DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM(S).
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
If you believe your Atelier Apparel order is lost in transit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your full name, order number and email address used to place the order.
Please allow up to 48 hours (Not including weekends and holidays) to receive a response.
